Ticao Island Resort is surrounded by several dive sites where you can choose between large or small. Some dive sites, such as the Manta Bowl, are the Manta Rays cleaning and feeding station. The Manta Bowl Shoal is an underwater atoll covering an area of 7 to 8 hectares. There are five different dive sites here, ranging from 14 to 29 meters and all offer the chance to see the large sea creatures. The waters where the Ticao Pass and the Burias Pass are located – are famous for their plankton-rich water and constant current. Such features make the waters of Ticao an alley for other pelagics such as whale sharks, thresher sharks, hammerheads and tiger sharks. San Miguel is located in the northern part of the main island of Ticao, there are about 12 dive sites discovered here. Each dive site has its own unique charm, but here, in general the dive sites are known for the beautiful coral cover and macro creatures. For the Ticao Island Resort’s guest, great night dives can be done at Pasil Reef, right in front of the Ticao Island Resort. Pasil Reef also allows for a simple dive near the Ticao Island Resort. The Ticao Island Resort Dive Center is an SSI accredited center and all of our professionals have PADI and / or SSI certifications.
