The proposed hotel is located within walking distance of the Coral Beach Nature Reserve and is located next to the Manta diving center. All rooms at the property have a comfortable seating area with satellite TV, kettle, while some have a balcony overlooking the pools and the hotel's private beach. The hotel's restaurant serves buffet dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Connected to the Indian Ocean via the Bab el Mandab Strait (the Gate of Tears) and the Gulf of Aqaba by the Strait of Tiran, the Red Sea boasts one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world. Its beautiful bays, deep canyons and the numerous species of fish that swim suspended among the corals have made it an internationally renowned diving site. Eilat's coral reef stretches over 1200 meters along the shore and has been declared a nature reserve. There are over 270 types of coral in this underwater jungle, including over 2500 species, many of which are endemic. In addition to the most common coral species, such as Gungia and Montipora, you can also admire the rare Archelia, a black specimen found at considerable depths. The reef is populated by all kinds of fish, including clownfish, triggerfish, sea anemones, parrotfish, pipefish and many more. There is also a rare type of eel that camouflages itself among the algae, as well as the presence of many sea turtles and dolphins, with which you can play together in the current.

Collegato all’Oceano Indiano attraverso lo stretto di Bab el Mandab (la Porta delle Lacrime) e al golfo di Aqaba dallo stretto di Tiran, il Mar Rosso vanta una delle più belle barriere coralline al mondo. Le sue splendide baie, i profondi canyon e le numerose specie di pesci che nuotano sospese tra i coralli lo hanno reso un sito di immersioni di fama internazionale. La barriera corallina di Eilat si estende per oltre 1200 metri lungo la riva ed è stata dichiarata riserva naturale. Vi sono oltre 270 tipi di corallo in questa giungla sottomarina, tra i quali nuotano oltre 2500 specie, molte delle quali endemiche.
