Sipadan Kapalai Dive Resort: About 15 minutes by boat from Sipadan and Mabul, Kapalai rises like a mirage from the sea, it is a small crescent of sand visible at low tide, representing what it remains of the island due to erosion. Located directly on the shallows of the Ligitan Reef, this resort of the Malay village is entirely  built on wooden stilts in the middle of the sea, has spacious bungalows with balconies, all of them equipped with private bathroom with tub and shower, tea / coffee set, fridge. The restaurant offers buffet meals with local and international cuisine. A large sundeck is the ideal place to watch the sunset or for a drink after a day of diving. The PDI dive center offers courses up to advanced open water and organizes 3 daily dives including one day in Sipadan (subject to limited number of permits).

• The resort cannot guarantee the certainty of diving in Sipadan, which is subject to acceptance by the competent authority which admits a limited number of divers per day to the park. The entrance fee to the Sipadan marine park is RM140 per person per day to be paid locally.

• Pulau Sipadan: located about 15/20 minutes by fast boat from Mabul Sipadan is famous all over the world for its extraordinary almost intact seabed since in 2005 the area was declared a protected integral reserve and the resorts located on the ‘island. Today only a limited number of lucky divers can access the beauties that these sea beds offer, the emerged tip of a volcanic cone whose vertical walls reach up to over 600 meters deep, habitat of a large number of sedentary and pelagic marine species such as turtles, schools of barracudas, rays, sea eagles and sharks of various species. Entrance to the park is strictly regulated by local authorities and just over a hundred divers from Mabul and Kapalai are admitted daily. The diver packages of the Mabul and Kapalai resorts are made in such a way as to guarantee at least one day of diving in Sipadan during a stay of a minimum of nights, but due to the limited number of entrances to the marine park, especially during the high season, confirmation of the possibility of diving in Sipadan will be given only on site. The entrance fee to the Sipadan marine park is RM40 per person per day to be paid locally.

• Pulau Kapalai: As with nearby Mabul, Kapalai offers some of the best muck dives in the world. Among the various creatures that can be found in the 13 dive sites that the island offers there are numerous scorpion fish and crocodile fish as well as nudibranchs, shrimps, invertebrates, cephalopods, sea snakes, morays, scorpion fish, frog fish, fish ghost needle, mandarin fish, etc. There are about 17 dive sites.

• Pulau Mabul: Located approximately 15 minutes by speedboat from Sipadan and 40 minutes from Semporna on the mainland, Mabul is recognized as one of the best “muck-diving” sites in the world (muck-diving are dives which does not involve particularly deep waters). Its sandy bottoms and coral reefs, with their incredible biodiversity, are a paradise for macro photography enthusiasts, and it offers a wide variety of small marine creatures. The average water temperature is around 29 ° -30 ° with visibility ranging from 5 to 30 m. There are about 17 dive sites.
